Custom Order Policy

Your consultation and personal details

Custom orders can be made in person at my stall or via the contact form (email) on this site. Although you can also contact me via other means such as Facebook messenger, direct email or text, my preferred method is via my website or in person, as it allows me to keep a better track on your order details. Once you have agreed to your custom order I will add your order and details to my contact list held on wix.com, please see my Privacy Policy for how I hold, use and store your personal information. Adding your details to my contact list will allow me to process your order efficiently. Your detail will also be added to my Paypal contact list in order to send you your estimate and invoice.

Deposit and paying for your order

On orders over £100 I will require a non refundable deposit of half of the total price of the order before starting work on making your order. I ask for this to protect myself from scammers and to allow me to purchase the materials needed for your order. I would appreciate payment for the deposit within seven days of placing your order. If you wish to pay in full that is most appreciated. The rest of the payment must be made before receiving the product.

Payments are made via Invoice sent from Paypal.

Service

All my products are made by me from high quality materials. When ordering a custom item, you will receive:

  • A free consultation

  • A written estimate for the work

  • Work in progress images during the making process

  • The freedom to make adjustments during the making period, large changes may incur additional charges, which I will notify you of.

I am happy to send fabric and trim samples (large scale orders only) if required as the colour and texture of a fabric is not always easily shown on screen.

Timescale

The timescale can vary according to my workload. Generally an accessory can be produced in 5 days, while a garment can be produced within 60 days. These times may be reduced but a complex garment may take considerably longer. I will always give a more accurate timescale before I accept an order. If you need it on a shorter timescale please let me know when ordering.
